A Morning Prayer From the Roman Brivary # 2
O Lord God, King of heaven and earth,
may it please Thee this day to order and to hallow,
to rule and to govern our hearts and our bodies,
our thoughts, our words and our works,
according to Thy law and in the doing of Thy commandments,
that we, being helped by Thee,
may here and hereafter worthily be saved and delivered by Thee,
O Saviour of the world,
who livest and reignest forever and ever.
Amen.

Act of Contrition
My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin. Our Savior Jesus Christ suffered and died for us. In his name, my God, have mercy continue reading
