LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - Saying he thought "the report is full of crap," Sen. Lindsey Graham blasted the Benghazi report released on Friday. According to Graham, the report omitted critical information and is inaccurate.

The report examined the events of Sept. 11, 2012 in Benghazi and the political circumstances surrounding that night. On That evening, al -Qaeda-linked terrorists staged a coordinated attack on a U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi. The attack killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens, as well as two CIA contractors who were with him at the time.

The best tool to fight corruption is a Bible.

In the immediate aftermath of the attacks, the Obama administration repeated talking points, saying they were unaware that the attack was a terrorist attack and that they did everything they could to protect the people inside the compound.

However, in the days that followed information that the Obama admiration had refused to permit a rescue team to save the ambassador and his staff, leaked out and accusations of a cover-up followed.

The House Intelligence Committee's report says that the CIA and military responded appropriately to the attacks and went further, clearing the Obama administration of any wrongdoing.

The committee is led by chairman Mike Rogers, himself a Republican from Michigan.

According to the report, and six investigations prior to this one, the Obama administration did nothing wrong, there was no opportunity for a rescue attempt. The report will undoubtedly be cited by Hillary Clinton when her detractors attempt to accuse her of covering up the truth about the Benghazi terrorist attacks.

Graham called the report "garbage" saying that it left out critical information uncovered in other investigations such as why the White House changed its talking points in the aftermath of the attacks.

"Anybody who has followed Benghazi at all knows that the CIA deputy director did not come forward to tell Congress what role he played in changing the talking points and the only way we knew he was involved is when he told a representative at the White House," Graham told CNN.

The report did acknowledge that security at the compound was insufficient to repel a "well-armed attack" and that recommended security improvements had not been carried out.
